Millions of people worldwide suffer from insomnia. For those of you who don’t know, insomnia is a sleeping disorder, which renders the sufferer cognitively and emotionally dysfunctional. After all, human beings need sleep to survive. Many people who have suffered from insomnia claim that the mind is more powerful than the body, and that strengthening the mind and taking control over it may resolve sleep disorders.
